Meet Our Legal Team

Attorney Charles N. Lafferty is a seasoned practitioner with over 45 years of experience in the practice of law. He is admitted to practice in the courts of Ohio, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, and the United States Supreme Court. His areas of practice include probate law, elder law, estate planning, business law, personal injury and wrongful death, and more.

Attorney Lafferty graduated from Conneaut High School, Baldwin-Wallace College, and Ohio Northern University College of Law. His professional experience includes Acting Judge in the Conneaut Municipal Court and special or outside counsel to four Ohio attorneys general. He is also vice president of GreatWave Communications and president and executive director of The George J. Record School Foundation.

For many years, Attorney Lafferty has worked closely with the volunteer guardianship program for Catholic Charities of Ashtabula County, and in 2016, he received their Voice of Hope Award. His strong record of civic and community service contributes to his already impressive legal experience, making him the attorney to trust for all your legal matters. 

A lifelong resident of Geneva, our certified paralegal, Pam Morrow, received her Associates in Business for Paralegal degree at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio. She graduated with honors, making the Dean’s List several semesters in a row.

Pam is happily married and has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and all her rescue animals, as well as taking nature hikes, camping, swimming, and participating in family game night. Pam enjoys working in probate/estate law and helping clients. She looks forward to hearing from you.
